Especially for kids...

Kids and worship - Our main goal for children is to see them grow in their love for God.  Some of this growth happens best when all ages are gathered altogether.  At other times kids also need age-appropriate settings.  We want to say clearly that children are always welcome in our worship services.  At different times our Sunday morning worship service includes "children's moments," a time where the theme of the service is presented in a kid-friendly way.  We also have nursery and toddler coverage for those families who choose.

Children's Church Sundays- offered twice a month for kids K - 5th grade. During the morning worship sermon, kids are invited to a separate kid-friendly worship and learning experience. Older children may help out the adult staff.  In addition, teen and family events are offered throughout the year.

Family Worship Sundays - offered alternating Sundays with Children's Church.  Families worship together in the sanctuary.  The worship service includes elements that are more kid-friendly and intergenerational.  Separate nursery and child care is still offered during the morning sermon.

The children's program schedule generally follows the public school calendar, while infant through preschool care is offered during morning worship year-round. Kids of all ages are included in all kinds of activities at Crossroads:

• Infant / Nursery
• Pre-School halfway through the morning service.
• Children's Church - K-5th grade (or beyond for helpers)
• Evening Teen Events (grades 7-12)
• Family Events for All
