LYDIA’S WORKSHOP Christian crafters who meet at Crossroads Community Church In Webster, NY (corner of “State and Jackson“) |
Lydia’s Workshop has been open since mid 2007. In 2007 a small amount of money was “earned” for the Dominican Republic. In 2008 we went to two craft shows to sell our wares, and earned about $150 for Haiti relief. Soon we will decide where our mission will be for 2009.
We continue to meet on the first Wed. of each month at Crossroads Community Church. We welcome crafters from the area to join us. Our hours are 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm although you don’t have to stay the whole time. Some nights we go later if we are in a groove! We will try to add meetings in 2009.
Usually there is card making and knitting/crocheting going on. Bring your project, and enjoy the fellowship in creating. Some of the crafters do not come to the meetings, but have their products at our shows.
More info can be found under small groups/ladies ministry at the C.C.C. Website. Soon we will have photos of our favorite products at this location. Inquiries can be sent to Lydiasworkshop@gmail.com.
